A Year in the Village

Fields, festivals and the everyday.

Drop your own photographs in: the land, the harvests, the celebrations and the quiet mornings that make up life here.

A Complete Life Beyond the City

Everything a good life needs: homes, work, food, culture and community, in one place, on fifty acres of living farmland.

You don't commute to it and you don't retire to it. You grow companies, raise children, farm the land, keep the festivals and share meals with the same people, season after season. This is suburban living reimagined: near enough to Bangalore to matter, far enough to breathe.

Live here. Work from here. Grow together.

The Year Has a Rhythm Here

Culture is the calendar we live by.

Ugadi, Sankranti, Deepavali, Shivaratri and the temple's own days give the year its shape, around a shared festival ground, welcoming of every tradition and language, always by choice.

Twenty Families, One Harvest

A day begins in the fields, long before the village wakes.

Before the mist lifts off the fifty acres, the farming families are already among the millets and vegetable rows: reading the soil, tending what last season planted, deciding what the next one needs. By the time residents step onto their verandas for coffee, the day's harvest is already on its way to the community kitchen.

These twenty families are not labour on display. They live within the village, their children study alongside every other child here, and their knowledge of the land, when to sow, when to let a field rest, which tree needs a decade to give shade, is treated as its own kind of wealth. The harvest they bring in becomes the shared table everyone eats from.

Their life on the land is the village's foundation, not its backdrop.

The Main Amenity Is the Community

Modern luxury is easy to build. Belonging is not.

A clubhouse can be constructed. A community must be cultivated.

There is a clubhouse, a coworking studio, a sporting arena, wellness and hospitality: every modern facility a household could want. But the thing you actually move here for is the people beside you: neighbours who work from home the way you do, farmers who keep the land, children who grow up together.
